Treehouse...

The move is now somewhat complete, except for finding the most logical places to store everything.  One can have an idea of how to organize a new place, but it takes a little "living" time there to complete the process.  Sometime ago, I wrote some blog entries about places I would imagine loving to live - in a cozy beach house, or a tiny cabin in the mountains.  A little daydreaming must be done.  Nothing like when an anesthesiologist says to you before putting you under, "Now where would you like to go visit?." And you say, "A tropical beach, because it's freezing in here!" And she laughs, and 2 seconds later, you are waking up with a bandaged whatever. But I digress.  This week, I posted the first pictures of the new abode, for those who had been interested, and this was the first of four.  The view from where I sit to drink my morning coffee.  Watermelon blooms of a crepe myrtle adorning my view.  And I don't have to water or trim them - just enjoy.  Kind of like a Garden of Eden sort of thing.  Now, one still has to take out the garbage and clean the bathrooms, and do the laundry, but that's ok. (Insert smile.)  I would have that in a beach house, or mountain cabin.  For now, I can thoroughly enjoy doing that in my treehouse.  Thanks, Wendy, for pointing out the similarity.  It's a good thing I don't have to climb a ladder to get in...
