Yesterday evening - this morning - a hint of fall cooling the air. That first breath of season change has arrived along with the change in the light. Steve taught me about the changing light between summer and fall. He could see it better because of his colorblindness for shades of colors - not the "primary" ones, but all of the pastels and secondary "mixes" on the color wheel. His feeling was that the light outside becomes "cooler" and less intense as we ease into fall.
Walking as exercise becomes so much easier when one is not greeted by a blast furnace when going outdoors. No excuses now. A mile a day keeps the stressors at bay....
